Tips from Sheila:
- Be open minded to Intermittent Fasting (IF) , you will not go into “Starvation Mode”
- Pay attention to your calories and manage them accordingly. You maybe consuming more than you think you are
- Take several rounds of pictures during your photoshoot, to ensure that your lighting captures your physique at it’s very best.
- The benefits of doing a Water Load prior to your “After Photos” maybe cumbersome at first but the results are worth it.

Love you Shelia!!! You’re amazing!! You’ve definitely been helping me reach my goals!!!
Thank you Jenn! You’re pretty amazing yourself and I know you are going to go far with your transformation. It takes determination and you got that covered 🙂
Sheila, we share so much of the same story. Like a lot of women, we hit our 40’s and struggle and find that endless cardio does not work, nor do all the yo-yo diets. I found Eat Stop Eat and Venus Index and like you it change my life. I’m so happy for you and I am especially pleased that I met you on the VI forum and could be a small part of your journey. You are so awesome and beautiful! 🙂
Ro, you are an inspiration to me and when I found the Venus index and got to the web page, you and your rockin’ body were the first thing I saw on that web page. That right there motivated me and pretty much convinced me to give this program a try. Thank you for being a pillar of support to me and all the Venus girls.
Very nice interview! Great job with your results! You said you were OCD with calorie counting and measuring, I was wondering how many calories you allowe yourself daily? You said 800 n fasting days, was that the same number on the other days as well?
Molly~
I only do 800 or less calories on my fasting days and then on the non fasting days I stick to around 1200-1250 calories.
