  1. Hi Kelly, Mainly we don’t worry quite so much about macros. It just needs to be in the ballpark. I’ve found what works best for me is just paying attention to how I feel and then experimenting, and also just paying attention to what you had at the last meal, or the day before and keeping everything in a kind of balance. We all have different needs so we are the ones who has to decide for ourselves based on on our own body’s reaction to things.
